Atholville Weather

Atholville was incorporated in 1966 and it is only a 5 minute drive from the city of Campbellton. It is on the south bank of the Restigouche River and it is at the entrance of the Sugarloaf Provincial Park. Atholville was formally known as Restigouche and it has a contrasting horizon of mountainsides and prairie flats. Atholville village is home to the Sugarloaf Mall which is the largest retail development in that area. There are several restaurants and quaint shops to be discovered there.

Atholville has excellent bird watching and lovely trails for hiking. There is a public pool and the Millenium Playground for the kids. Sugarloaf Park has several trails, beautiful landscapes and activities for all of the family. In the winter, Atholville is the perfect destination for snowmobiling. Sugarloaf Park has ideal skiing as well as skating and sledding during the winter months.
